Terreiro Adalu has been Zurich's Roda de Samba since 2017: musicians in the middle of the audience, everyone sings along, and an atmosphere like home. If you want to experience real Samba one more time in 2026: this is the night. The novelty of the evening: two premieres on the Terreiro stage. PART 1 · THE RODA DE SAMBA – SAMBAQUI VOL. 1 «RAÍZES» Zurich's new Roda de Samba celebrates its premiere. Sambaqui plays Samba de Raiz, the classic, traditional samba as sung in the Rodas of Rio de Janeiro. The great classics to sing along to, in the middle of the audience, led by singer Neya Castro. The new Brazilian band from Zurich plays what no party in Brazil is without: from the Axé of the 90s to today's Piseiro, plus the biggest hits by João Gomes. Nostalgia and current hits in Roda format – the band in the middle of the audience, 360°. «Borogodó» is what in Brazil means that certain something you can't resist.
